The higher the voltage the less the amp draw for the same wattage being operated!

wattage/voltage=amperage
amperage X voltage=wattage

120 240 volt ac single phase 200 amp = 48000 watts
48000/240=200 amp load

7200 volt ac primary to lower amp draw 
48000/7200=6.67 rounded off to 7 amp draw

Stepping up the ac input on line side of the off grid dc to ac inverter systems
(battery bank to dc to ac pure sinewave inverter single or 3 phase KW to KV)

Stepping down the load side of the offgrid onsite for secondary load outputs KV to KW
